Returns Policy

Before making your purchase, please ensure that you’ve read and thoroughly understood the product description for any item(s) in your cart, and that you’ve double checked all item dimensions against the measurements of your space. Please direct any product inquiries you have to hello@thenestcollingwood.com so that we can ensure you have all the information you need to make an informed purchase.

What is your return policy?

For online orders we have a 30 day return policy and a 20% restocking fee for online orders, not including final sale items. Unless specified otherwise, please receive your shipment and wait for instructions from our team on next steps. Please keep in mind that we can only accept returns in their original condition.

If you have any questions in regards to specific products, please let us know. We will provide as much information as possible to help you shop confidently.

For in-store orders we have a 30 day return policy, where store credit will be given to you. Please bring your receipt.

Final sale items include: 

  • Rugs
  • Custom and made-to-order items
  • Hardwired lighting (pendant, ceiling, etc.)
  • Floor models and other final sale items
  • Gift cards

How do I return an item?

Please email hello@thenestcollingwood.com with the following information:

  • Order number of online order
  • Email used for purchase and phone number
  • Item(s) you’d like to return 
  • Is the item in its original packaging? (yes/no)
  • Reason for return

How do I know if a product will fit my space?

Please measure every entryway into your home and into the desired room. It is your responsibility to make sure the item(s) will fit into your space. This is especially important when ordering furniture and fixtures as these items tend to be the hardest to get into one’s home.

If you live in an apartment building please also measure your elevator and staircases.

If items do not fit into your home, the item(s) are bound by the specific item’s return policy.

Can I cancel my order? 

Yes, you can cancel an order if it hasn’t shipped yet. If your order has shipped, please refer to our return policy. Please inquire immediately at hello@thenestcollingwood.com to cancel a shipment as we usually ship within 48 hours of purchasing.
